Disclaimer and Terms of Booking

1. LD Events accepts no responsibility for any of the views, opinions or comments of anybody present at any of our events, be it the Chairman, speakers or any other attendee.
2. Delegate attendence is confirmed with the conference venue ten working days before any scheduled event. After this time LD Events has to pay for delegate attendance and resultantly we are unable to accept any cancellations on places after this point. Changes of attendee name are permitted up to 24 hours before the start of any scheduled event and once confirmed bookings are final. Any cancellations on unconfirmed bookings must be received either in writing or by email and no cancellation is valid until you have received confirmation from us that we have received it. Under no circumstances can any cancellations or amendments be made over the phone.
3. The contents of this website are true and to a high standard according to our knowledge but agendas, speakers and content of events are subject to changes which may be beyond our control. We do our very best to list information that is as accurate as possible but we are unable to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information on this website.
