As live business conferences restart in the UK we are making the safety and comfort of our delegates our top priority, as we run our own programme of events.
For us as a company, this starts with our choice of venue. We are ensuring that the venues we use have rigorous cleaning and sanitation measures in place, including regular disinfection of surfaces and high traffic areas, and hand sanitiser provided to all attendees throughout the conference. We are also ensuring that each venue has plenty of space by reducing capacities significantly this Autumn, so that delegates have more personal space on the day. We are also only using spaces which are well ventilated. Masks are not compulsory in the venue, but should Government guidance on this change, we shall inform all delegates.
In terms of testing and vaccination, we are asking all delegates, if they are not already double vaccinated, to take a lateral flow test in advance of the event. Attendees will need to do this in advance and testing facilities will not be provided at the conference itself, nor by the conference organisers. We shall also conduct a temperature check of everyone attending upon entry and ask that you immediately sanitise your hands upon arrival.
