Following the Coronavirus outbreak we made the decision on 14th March to postpone all events until the Autumn. The safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients is of primary importance and we shall only resume our conferences when it is safe to do so.
Please rest assured that events already planned shall be postponed until the Autumn and we shall ensure that we deliver these for our clients. All current bookings have been transferred to the new event dates and you can view the rescheduled calendar here.
Alongside this, over the last month we have been working on some exciting and innovative plans to deliver our events to our Global client base over the coming months. We were looking for something more innovative and immersive than Zoom meetings or Skype calls, before we committed to anything. We want to deliver something special.
We’re delighted to announce that we now have our own bespoke virtual event platform which will replicate the full conference experience online. This will include full presentations and interactivity, the opportunity ask live questions in session, plus crucially a virtual interactive networking experience, replicating the real thing online. We also have Exhibition booths and stands for sponsors. This is a fully interactive conference experience, not just an online stream.
We shall be running some special events in the coming weeks for our clients, to allow them to hear from Industry leaders, and network with their peers at this crucial and unprecedented time. We shall publish details of our 2020 Virtual Conference Series in due course.
